To Provide Encouragement and Financial Assistance to Talented Local Students Who Intend to Pursue a Career in Music. 
Students may make their own application or teachers may apply on behalf of their students.

Closing Dates for applications are 
January 30th for Technical Scholarships 
or 
May 15th for Musical Performance Scholarships.

History of Uxbridge Music Scholarship Fund

Perceiving a need to provide dedicated students with assistance in pursuing their musical goals, local members of the musical community inaugurated the Uxbridge Music Scholarship Fund in June 1998. The Optimist Club of Uxbridge provided funds for the first scholarship. Generous support has come from other Uxbridge Service Clubs, area organizations and individuals. Other funds are derived from concerts and recitals by students and others which are given throughout the year.
