This subject is one that I am very familiar with as I am in the final year of my college diploma and the clichd light at the end of the tunnel is close. Being in a student rut is the worst! Every now and then I lose touch with myself and feel as if I'm just an assignment machine; putting out essays and reports every week. My mind cannot seem to find words when I get the occasional chance to socialize with people plus I flinch when I even look at a computer monitor.I have assembled a list of three tips that you can easily do to assist you to get out of a student rut.
Take time out - I know that uni work should be the number one concern in your life, however if you are upon the edge of a nervous breakdown then it is vital to take a break and do something that you will enjoy.
